Role description
Our Agency client is seeking a temporary eCommerce Manager of Client Leadership to join their team in a freelance capacity to cover for a leave of absence. This eCommerce Manager is responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring that their needs are met through effective management and will be hands on keyboard to support Amazon search and DSP. This role requires a blend of leadership, communication, and industry-specific eCommerce knowledge to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
• Coordinate with cross-functional eCommerce teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients.
• Analyze client feedback and market trends to inform strategic decisions and improve service offerings.
• Prepare and present reports to upper management on client satisfaction, retention, and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in client leadership roles, with a track record of managing eCommerce client accounts.
• Experience working with Amazon as a client or within the Amazon ecosystem.
• Previous experience with CPG brands.
• Previous agency experience is a must, showcasing your ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
