THE ROLE Wip is seeking a data-driven Ecommerce Manager to own and scale our DTC and marketplace channels, with a strong focus on retention, subscription penetration, and sustainable revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for hitting ambitious targets, improving core metrics like AOV and LTV, and building scalable systems to keep pace with our rapid growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and knows how to turn data into actionable strategies. Key Responsibilities β€’ Manage and optimize performance across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart.com, and other retailer.com platforms. β€’ Develop and execute strategies to grow sales, improve conversion, and increase subscription penetration. β€’ Oversee product listings, pricing, inventory accuracy, and merchandising. β€’ Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and drive qualified traffic via paid media, SEO, affiliates, and email/SMS. β€’ Implement and test site changes to improve conversion, AOV, and retention. β€’ Plan and execute promotional calendars, product launches, and campaigns. β€’ Monitor KPIs daily (AOV, LTV, conversion, subscription rate) and act quickly when targets aren’t met. β€’ Build scalable processes, reporting, and insights to guide growth initiatives. β€’ Manage relationships with Amazon, agencies, and retail partners. β€’ Build and execute strategies to increase AOV and LTV through upsells, cross-sells, and targeted promotions. β€’ Manage relationships with Amazon, agencies, and retail partners. β€’ Design and run tests, analyze results, and quickly apply learnings to improve performance. QUALIFICATIONS β€’ Bachelor’s degree required. β€’ 5+ years managing eCommerce operations, including 4+ years in DTC (sports nutrition or other repeat-purchase category preferred). β€’ Proven track record of scaling sales and improving retention/subscription metrics. β€’ Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis). β€’ Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and retailer.com platforms. β€’ Strong understanding of subscription models, digital marketing channels, and analytics. β€’ Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills. β€’ Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify,TikTok shop) and marketplace seller tools. β€’ Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and merchandising best practices.
