About Sok-It
Sok-It is the go-to brand for stylish, high-quality insulated drink sleeves and accessories. With over 150 exclusive designs, Sok-It combines fashion, function, and fun to make every sip a statement. We’re expanding our wholesale/B2B business to an ecommerce-first model and are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Ecommerce Manager to lead the charge.
Role Overview
We’re seeking an Ecommerce Manager (B2B-focused) who can own the wholesale side of our Shopify ecosystem, manage site updates, and bring a marketing mindset to help us drive reorders, engagement, and growth. This role is perfect for someone who is both tech-savvy and creative - comfortable inside Shopify, but also excited about building strategies that increase wholesale sales and improve the customer journey.
In the short term, you’ll focus on launching and optimizing our B2B ecommerce site (transitioning from tradeshow + Faire-driven sales to direct ecommerce). Long term, this role will expand to include broader ecommerce and marketing responsibilities across the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify B2B Site Management
· Own all updates, merchandising, and improvements for our B2B Shopify site.
· Oversee content creation for product descriptions, blogs, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
· Implement new functionality (quick add, sticky cart, collection add-to-cart, downloadable invoices, account pages, etc.).
· Partner with apps or developers to solve issues (e.g., purchase orders, terms, pre-order, closeout strategy).
· Utilize SEO tools to optimize website content for search engines, enhancing visibility and organic traffic.
· Ensure seasonal launches, assortments, and merchandising strategies are executed flawlessly.
· Troubleshoot Shopify workflows (log-in flows, approval processes, order handling).
Wholesale Customer Experience
· Optimize onboarding flows (applications, approval emails, account access).
· Build segmented email flows for B2B customers (tailored by shop type, region, vibe, or product preference).
· Design surveys/feedback loops to capture store owner insights, drive reorders, and understand what promotions motivate B2B buyers.
· Develop wholesale promotions (free shipping, bundles, closeouts).
Marketing & Merchandising Mindset
· Collaborate on merchandising strategies: shop by vibe, shop by trend, regional targeting.
· Partner with design to ensure product imagery (including resized lifestyle images) is optimized and up to date.
· Help drive higher AOV and reorder rates through site enhancements, promotions, and campaigns.
· Track Faire vs Shopify sales data and recommend ways to shift volume to direct channels.
Strategic Projects
· Plan and execute the January 2026 B2B relaunch (new site experience, marketing strategy, customer engagement).
· Identify tools, apps, and processes to make site management and merchandising more efficient (e.g., image resizing automation, pre-order functionality).
· Assist with broader ecommerce and marketing initiatives as role grows.
About You
· You have spent 3+ years in ecommerce, building your hands-on Shopify expertise, specifically around B2B/wholesale.· You possess a strong understanding of digital merchandising, site optimization, and customer experience.
· You are a master of Shopify apps and integrations that enable and enhance B2B functionality.· You are a marketer! You think beyond site updates and can focus on promotions, customer retention, and sales growth.· You are a big-picture thinker who isn’t afraid of the details and is comfortable managing both strategy and execution.· Project management, attention to detail, and a keen ability to meet deadlines are table stakes for you.· You thrive on the pressures of managing a living, breathing ecommerce operation that is totally dependent on your expertise and attention.
· Bonus: you have experience with Klaviyo, Faire, and/or ecommerce merchandising at a lifestyle/CPG brand. Amazon expereince also a plus.
