Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to join our team at Superco, a leading Shopify agency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Shopify and a proven track record of managing high-growth e-commerce brands. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive growth, optimise operations, and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
(1) Shopify Platform Management
• Expertly navigate and utilise Shopify's customiser to implement design changes and improve user experience.
• Manage critical settings including tax, shipping, markets, locations, and fulfilment to ensure smooth store operations.
• Oversee inventory management and implement efficient stock control processes.
(2) Technical Skills
• Perform bulk updates using tools like Matrixify to streamline product management.
• Integrate and manage third-party apps such as ReCharge, Yotpo, and ReBuy to enhance store functionality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with developers when necessary.
(3) Growth Strategies
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and improve conversion rates.
• Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.
• Manage promotional campaigns and seasonal sales to maximise revenue.
(4) Client Management
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective e-commerce solutions.
• Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction through excellent communication and project delivery.
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably with high-growth brands.
• Extensive knowledge of Shopify, including theme customisation, app integrations, and platform settings.
• Proven track record of driving growth and improving key e-commerce metrics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices.
Desired Skills
• Experience with advanced Shopify features such as Shopify Plus.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on conversion rates.
