Role description
Our client is a fast-growing, values-led B Corp FMCG challenger brand who are looking for an eCommerce Manager to join the team.
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 + bonus and other great benefits
Ways of working: This is a hybrid role, you'll have flexibility to work from home, with at least one day per week in the office.

As E-commerce Manager, you’ll lead and grow the digital sales channels across D2C and marketplaces, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with marketing.
Key responsibilities include:
• Shopify (D2C): Own CRO, UX improvements, product merchandising, and subscriptions to drive performance.
• Amazon & TikTok Shop: Lead day-to-day trading, optimise listings and A+ content, and shape strategy.
• Other Marketplaces: Expand reach via platforms like eBay and other relevant online retailers.
• Retail E-commerce: Collaborate with the Grocery team to boost brand visibility across Ocado, Co-op, Costco and more.
• Performance Marketing: Partner with external agencies to drive ROI across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
• CRO & Data: Analyse KPIs including AOV, LTV, ROAS, and bounce rate.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Ops and Grocery to ensure a seamless customer experience.
