A fast-growing lifestyle hotel brand is looking for an experienced and commercially driven E-commerce Manager to lead the digital retail strategy across its portfolio. This senior role is key to driving online revenue, enhancing the guest booking journey, and elevating the brandβs digital presence globally.
Youβll oversee the end-to-end e-commerce operation, from site performance and UX to online merchandising, traffic acquisition, and analytics. Ensuring a seamless, high-converting experience across all digital channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience and a strong understanding of consumer behaviour in the lifestyle and hospitality space.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives.
β’ Manage the day-to-day operations of the website, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and high-converting customer journey.
β’ Collaborate with developers and creatives to optimise site design, mobile responsiveness, and functionality.
β’ Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory accuracy across digital channels.
β’ Plan and execute digital campaigns across paid and organic channels, including SEO, PPC, and social advertising.
β’ Work alongside the marketing team to align promotional activity, email campaigns, and brand storytelling.
β’ Manage influencer, affiliate, and marketplace relationships to drive sales and increase visibility.
β’ Analyse key performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, AOV, and customer behaviour, using tools like Google Analytics.
β’ Identify and implement enhancements to improve conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
β’ Oversee CRM strategies to boost engagement, repeat bookings, and loyalty.
β’ Ensure high standards of customer service across all digital touchpoints.
β’ Manage budgets, sales forecasts, and commercial planning, ensuring ROI across all e-commerce activity.
