Client Overview: Our client, in the beauty space, is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to join their team. You must be EST based.

Ecommerce Manager Responsibilities:
β’ Support the management of an ecommerce site, including product merchandising, user experience updates, content launches, and promotions.
β’ Execute ongoing site initiatives such as testing, optimization strategies, and performance enhancements.
β’ Analyze site traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and growth.
β’ Plan and implement email and SMS marketing campaigns to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
β’ Manage a content calendar to align with broader brand initiatives, product launches, and promotional events.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and creative execution across digital touchpoints.
β’ Contribute to strategies that grow the customer base and enhance customer lifetime value through owned and paid channels.
β’ Coordinate with internal or external partners to manage digital advertising and affiliate programs.
β’ Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize content, messaging, and conversion paths.
β’ Experiment with new marketing channels and tactics using a data-driven approach.
β’ Monitor performance across ecommerce and digital marketing efforts using relevant tools and platforms.

Ecommerce Manager Qualifications:

β’ Experience in ecommerce and digital marketing roles, preferably in a fast-paced or consumer-facing industry.
β’ Must have experience in the beauty or cosmetic space
β’ Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, email/SMS tools, analytics dashboards, and spreadsheet analysis.
β’ Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, customer behavior, and conversion optimization.
β’ Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and act on findings.
β’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
