Description • Oversee the day-to-day management of the company's e-commerce platform and ensure its optimal performance. • Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and improve customer engagement. • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise digital campaigns and promotions. • Analyse website performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers. • Ensure the e-commerce platform aligns with the brand's identity and customer expectations. • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge. • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on e-commerce performance. Profile • Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms within the retail, luxury or premium space • Proven experience delivering website development projects on Shopify Plus • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights. • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and external partners. • Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and industry standards. • A proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving. • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is advantageous.
