Role Description
A full-time, Hybrid role for an Ecommerce Manager based in Central London.
The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for:
Overseeing all aspects of the online store, managing product listings, analyzing sales data, and developing marketing strategies.
Understanding and sharing the performance of content to enable continual improvements in customer experience, product discovery, basket building and conversion rate.
Overseeing the trading calendar and supporting product launches and sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue targets.
This role is also the key business stakeholder for platform enhancements, digital product roadmap, A/B testing strategy, and insights-led optimisations.
The Ecommerce Manager will work closely with the Founder, Merchandiser and Customer Service.
Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various teams
• Sales and Trading skills to drive e-commerce growth and revenue
• Experience in E-Commerce and Digital Marketing to develop and execute strategies
• Proven ability to enhance customer experience and optimize online platforms
• Must have worked with Shopify Plus e-commerce platform, and be familiar with digital marketing tools, and analytics software
• Experience in the fashion or retail industry is key.
