Role description
Ecommerce Manager - £35K-£45K + Great Benefits - Hybrid (London) – Entertainment I have partnered with a leading entertainment business that are bringing creativity to a variety of areas including a tv series and app! This business is on a journey currently, producing the most creative content for their users. This is an employee first business with career growth being extremely important, in a collaborative and creative team! Key Responsibilities • Report and analyse the commercial performance of the ecommerce funnel • Lead manage through email (using Hubspot) and social channels • Shape the ecommerce channel through shopify across all product touchpoints • Track performance of each campaign using A/B testing and focus on CAC, CVR, LTV, and ROI • Work with the wider marketing team to create on brand content Skills & Experience • Looking for someone looking to take their next step up in the ecommerce career (2/3 years’ experience) • Industry ideally entertainment or ecommerce - subscriptions based preferred • Strong experience across commerce platforms such as shopify • Experience across paid channels such as Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and more! • Start-up mentality – hunger for the role and potential to grow as the business does • Understanding how to drive traffic and revenue through digital marketing channels • Have a mixture of creative and a data driven approach
