About the Role We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our US online sales efforts across direct-to-consumer platforms and marketplaces. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, executing digital growth strategies, and enhancing the overall online shopping experience and collaborate across marketing, operations, and technology teams to ensure high conversion, low cart abandonment, and a seamless post-purchase experience. Responsibilities • Owning and managing the end-to-end e-commerce strategy, including website management, merchandising, performance optimization, and channel expansion. • Driving sales performance across all e-commerce platforms (brand site, marketplaces like Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, etc.). • Executing and managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, paid search, email marketing, and retargeting initiatives. • Optimizing the customer journey through continuous UX improvements, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization. • Liaising with demand planning, fulfillment, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy. • Monitoring and analyzing e-commerce metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), average order value (AOV), and return on adspend (ROAS). • Overseeing platform integrations with payment gateways, CRMs, and analytics tools. • Handling customer service escalation protocols and ensuring a consistent brand experience across channels. Qualifications • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in managing e-commerce operations or digital marketing. • Familiarity with digital marketing tools: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, SEMrush, or similar platforms. • Strong knowledge in using WooCommerce platform within Wordpress. • Must have experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and can demonstrate success on Google SERP's. • Managing and implementing regular interactive blog content. • Using Data-Analytics tools like SEMRush to ensure the brands are in line with the market based on real competitor analysis. • Solid grasp of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and conversion optimization strategies.
