When we succeed, we all win. Who we're looking for About the Role We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to own and optimize our digital retail presence. This role will focus on managing our Shopify store, overseeing fulfillment logistics, and expanding sales performance across other online marketplaces such as Amazon and additional third-party channels. The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver who thrives at the intersection of operations, marketing, and customer experience. This is a contract role, with potential to become a full time opportunity with Equity/Benefits as this channel grows. Key Responsibilities • Shopify Store Management & Optimization • Oversee day-to-day operations of our Shopify storefront. • Continuously optimize site UX, navigation, product pages, and checkout flow to maximize conversions. • Manage product catalog, pricing, promotions, and merchandising. • Coordinate with design/marketing teams to update content, banners, and product launches. • Fulfillment & Logistics • Manage end-to-end order fulfillment, including inventory planning, shipping, returns, and exchanges. • Work closely with 3PL partners and carriers to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries. • Implement process improvements to reduce fulfillment costs and delivery times. • Track KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and customer satisfaction. • Marketplace Expansion (Amazon & Others) • Build, optimize, and scale our presence on Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and other e-comm channels. • Manage listings, pricing strategies, and advertising campaigns on marketplaces. • Monitor channel-specific performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly. • Ensure product and brand consistency across all platforms. • Analytics & Performance Tracking • Monitor key metrics: conversion rate, AOV, CAC, CLV, ROAS, fulfillment costs. • Generate reports and insights to inform strategy and leadership decision-making. • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Shopify reports, and marketplace dashboards to drive data-backed improvements. Qualifications • 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, with strong Shopify expertise. • Proven success scaling sales via Amazon or similar marketplaces. • Experience managing 3PL logistics, fulfillment, and inventory operations. • Proficient in e-commerce analytics and digital marketing basics (SEO, paid ads, email/SMS). • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and cross-functionally. Nice to Have • Experience with international shipping and fulfillment. • Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems. • Background in DTC brands or high-growth consumer companies.
