We are partnered with an E-Commerce Trading Manager

We are seeking a leading menswear athleisure brand, who requires a entrepreneurial E Commerce Manager to lead digital performance and online revenue growth for a fast-paced, culturally relevant fashion brand.
This is a high-impact role focused on optimising e-commerce strategy, driving customer engagement, and delivering strong commercial results across all digital platforms.
You’ll bring a data-led approach, strong commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of the digital levers that drive growth in fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and evolve the global e-commerce trading plan, aligning with product drops, seasonal campaigns, and brand objectives to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Optimise the full online customer journey, improving conversion rates, AOV, and site engagement through data-driven insights and best practice UX.
• Partner with merchandising team to ensure effective stock management, inventory planning, and commercial responsiveness.
• Lead performance marketing execution across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat), managing external agencies and ensuring full alignment with trading KPIs.
• Own the CRM and email marketing strategy (Klaviyo, Mailchimp), including campaign management, automation, segmentation, and A/B testing to drive repeat purchases and LTV.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop a commercially effective and culturally resonant trading and marketing calendar.
• Manage all on-site content and merchandising: product uploads, category performance, landing pages, and promotional execution.
• Oversee daily site health, ensuring user experience is continuously optimised.
• Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategy and identify new digital opportunities.
• Report regularly on trading performance, ROAS, and key KPIs—translating insights into actions for internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to commercial roadmaps by identifying risks and opportunities that impact growth across products and channels.
What You’ll Bring

• Proven track record working with paid media and performance marketing agencies, with ownership of digital KPIs and ROAS targets.
