Role description
We’re looking for an ambitious eCommerce Manager to take the reins of a fast-growing brand’s digital world. This is a hands-on role where you’ll craft strategy, optimise customer journeys, and drive online sales across multiple channels, making an impact every single day.
What you’ll be doing
• Own the P&L for online channels, setting and delivering revenue, volume, and profit targets
• Develop and execute eCommerce marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and revenue
• Optimise websites and third-party platforms to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Lead SEO and PPC efforts to improve visibility, traffic, and ROI
• Create compelling product descriptions, blog posts, and promotional content
• Plan and send email campaigns, monitor results, and optimise performance
• Analyse performance data and generate actionable insights to continuously improve campaigns
• Work with internal teams and external partners to align marketing initiatives with business goals
What we’re looking for
• 3+ years’ experience in eCommerce, ideally with experience in digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, content)
• Proven track record of driving online sales growth
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, HubSpot)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
