eCommerce Manager | Retail London (2 days office) £55,000 Our client is looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead the development and execution of their UK eCommerce strategy, with a focus on site optimisation and enhancing the customer journey. The ideal candidate combines sharp analytical skills with creative intuition and has practical experience managing eCommerce platforms. You’ll be comfortable using data to guide decision-making, have a solid foundation in site merchandising, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. About the Role In this role, you’ll play a key part in optimising the full eCommerce experience. Using platforms like Google Analytics, you'll analyse user behaviour and track KPIs to guide data-driven decision-making. You'll lead CRO initiatives through testing and iterative improvements, while enhancing the end-to-end customer journey across all eCommerce storefronts. Key responsibilities include delivering targeted campaigns, refining on-site UX, and ensuring content is locally relevant for international audiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost organic traffic, elevate SEO performance, and increase revenue from non-paid channels. You'll also lead the rollout of improvements aimed at increasing engagement, lowering bounce rates, and maximising conversion. About You • Demonstrated experience in eCommerce and digital merchandising • Deep understanding of performance marketing, digital strategy, and customer journey optimisation • Fast learner with a proactive attitude and growth mindset • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to manage competing priorities • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate insights and ideas for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
