Role description
Forward Role are partnering with a leading wholesaler for household products, who are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to join their team. This is a new role for the business and will be pivotal in driving site performance and traffic growth. You will own and oversee day-to-day trading and digital performance across the core sites, helping the team to achieve commercial targets and maximise online sales.
Responsibilities for the role include:
• Develop and execute ecommerce strategies
• Coordinate pricing and promotional activities across relevant channels
• Provide daily and weekly reports of sales and site performance
• Identify online growth opportunities and liaise with external agencies to execute the improvements
• Monitor and analyse site performance including conversion rates, traffic and AOV
• Track performance trends and customer behaviour
To be considered for this role, you must:
• Have previous experience within a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
• Have strong working knowledge of using analytical tools such as GA4 and PowerBI
• Have the ability to interpret large volumes of data
• Have strong communication skills both verbally and written
