About the Company: Renin is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill an E-COMMERCE sales coordinator role to grow our sales with HomeDepot, Wayfair, Lowe's and other platforms for online sales. The candidate should have experience on HomeDepot, Wayfair, Lowe's and/or other online sales platforms. This role will support all activities related to sales and relationship growth for our eCommerce program across all Renin business categories and e-commerce channels. This includes presentation creation, analysis, forecasting, and tactical preparation related to customer programs, meetings, calls and events. Working closely with internal and external partners, you will drive the day-to-day performance of the e-commerce channel, inclusive of promotions, advertising, and operational functionalities to achieve strong, sustainable, and profitable growth. You will need to establish strong relationships with the Key Decision Makers that will provide opportunities to grow sales and solidify Reninβs relationship with Key Accounts.
About the Role: This role will support all activities related to sales and relationship growth for our eCommerce program across all Renin business categories and e-commerce channels.
Responsibilities:
β’ Ensure pricing, content, and listings are up to date
β’ Uploading products on HomeDepot, Wayfair, Lowe's, etc.
β’ Create listings, identify keywords, improve SEO to ensure maximum exposure of our products
β’ Optimize the quantity and quality of traffic to our listings
β’ Consistently review & assess KPIs to ensure growth goals are achieved
β’ Monitor and analyze POS, customer review, and other data analytics
β’ Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales updates.
β’ Monitor and report on product fulfillment compliance data.
β’ Ensure consumer web experience is relevant and concise
β’ Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
β’ Assist in creating professional presentations and business updates.
β’ Resolve and troubleshoot customer service escalations.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in business, technology, communications, or similar.
β’ 1-2 years sales and marketing experience in sales account management, focused on e-commerce.
Required Skills:
β’ Competent in MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI skills a plus
β’ Experience working cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product Teams, including supporting and facilitating cross-functional projects.
β’ Strong organizational and time management skills
β’ Proactive, with good critical thinking with hands-on problem-solving attitude
β’ Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Pay range and compensation package: $65,000 to $95,000 commensurate with experince
