Cardiff (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
Salary: £55K + Benefits
Maxwell Bond are partnered with a D2C business who are looking to bring an Online Trading Manager to drive ecommerce sales growth. You will own the online trading calendar, deliver data led strategies, and lead a team to maximise sales, conversion and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver eCommerce sales targets through trading strategies and promotional campaigns
• Monitor performance, analyse data, and implement improvements
• Collaborate with product, marketing, content, and UX teams
• Lead and develop an ecommerce team
About You
• Proven track record in D2C ecommerce sales growth
• Strong commercial mindset and analytical skills
• Experience in CRO and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Team leadership experience
