Our client in the home goods space is hiring an eCommerce Manager, US.
About the role
This role is the commercial and creative heartbeat of the US website. You’ll act as the bridge between the US marketing team and the global creative team, translating brand magic and product innovation into a compelling, localized online experience that resonates with American consumers. While accountable for US eCommerce KPIs, your primary lever for growth will be world-class product marketing, strategic content localization, and creating a site journey that feels uniquely aligned with the brand for the US market.
What you’ll do
• Manage US website content and merchandising to optimize the customer journey and key eCommerce KPIs, collaborating with global and local teams to deliver a truly localized brand experience.
• Analyze the US customer journey to identify storytelling and merchandising opportunities, developing a testing roadmap to lift revenue per session (RPS).
• Lead creative content briefing and implementation for campaigns, PDPs, and landing pages, ensuring messaging resonates locally and supports paid traffic.
• Own performance analysis of key US commercial metrics (CVR, AOV, RPS), reporting trends and insights on site content and merchandising impact.
• Partner with SEO and AEO specialists to build a US-focused content strategy that drives qualified organic traffic.
• Develop and optimize landing pages for acquisition and retention channels to support campaign goals, drive conversions, and deliver a seamless customer journey.
• Act as the central point of contact to translate US campaign strategy into a cohesive onsite experience, briefing the global creative team to ensure all site content is compelling and conversion-focused.
What you’ll bring
• 4–5+ years of experience in DTC eCommerce management or product marketing.
• Deep understanding of US market and consumer behavior, with the ability to translate insights into creative briefs, landing pages, and messaging strategies.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify Plus preferred) and leveraging web analytics/testing insights to improve content and merchandising strategy.
• Proven track record in improving site conversion and commercial outcomes through product storytelling, merchandising, and campaign execution.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong design instincts.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to translate marketing objectives into actionable requirements for creative and technical teams.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, customer journey design, and upsell strategies.
• Analytical and customer-obsessed mindset with the ability to uncover insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Execution-focused, able to manage product launches, campaign pages, site updates, QA, and performance monitoring end-to-end.
• West Coast (PST) based highly preferable for alignment with global teams; global eCommerce experience is a plus.
