Role description
π Growth & Ecommerce Marketing Manager π
Iβm excited to be partnering with an independent entertainment retailer with a hugely popular portfolio spanning TV, magazines, apps, toys & games. They are on the lookout for a commercially minded, hands-on Growth & Ecommerce Marketing Manager to drive digital growth and take ownership of ecommerce performance.
This is a newly created role, sitting at the heart of the business and working closely with Marketing, Editorial, Finance and Operations. Itβs perfect for a digital marketer who loves combining creativity with commercial impact, and who understands the full subscriber journey from acquisition through to retention.
What youβll be doing:

Plan & deliver digital campaigns focused on subscriber growth
β
Optimise email, social & automation journeys to drive engagement
β
Own ecommerce channels (Shopify) β ensuring strong merchandising & customer experiences
β
Run multi-channel paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube)
β
Collaborate with affiliates, partners & creators on campaigns & promotions
β
Develop engaging, brand-aligned content with performance in mind
β
Test, learn & optimise with structured A/B and multivariate testing
β
Track performance across CAC, LTV, CVR & ROI β and report back with insights
What youβll bring:
πΉ 2+ years in digital marketing (subscription, ecommerce or media environment ideal)
πΉ Hands-on campaign experience across major paid channels
πΉ Working knowledge of Shopify (Hubspot a plus)
πΉ Strong grasp of funnels, conversion & attribution
πΉ Creative judgement with an eye for design, UX & copy
πΉ Familiarity with GA4 & analytics tools
