🌟 Growth & Ecommerce Marketing Manager 🌟 I’m excited to be partnering with an independent entertainment retailer with a hugely popular portfolio spanning TV, magazines, apps, toys & games. They are on the lookout for a commercially minded, hands-on Growth & Ecommerce Marketing Manager to drive digital growth and take ownership of ecommerce performance. This is a newly created role, sitting at the heart of the business and working closely with Marketing, Editorial, Finance and Operations. It’s perfect for a digital marketer who loves combining creativity with commercial impact, and who understands the full subscriber journey from acquisition through to retention. What you’ll be doing: βœ… Plan & deliver digital campaigns focused on subscriber growth βœ… Optimise email, social & automation journeys to drive engagement βœ… Own ecommerce channels (Shopify) – ensuring strong merchandising & customer experiences βœ… Run multi-channel paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube) βœ… Collaborate with affiliates, partners & creators on campaigns & promotions βœ… Develop engaging, brand-aligned content with performance in mind βœ… Test, learn & optimise with structured A/B and multivariate testing βœ… Track performance across CAC, LTV, CVR & ROI – and report back with insights What you’ll bring: πŸ”Ή 2+ years in digital marketing (subscription, ecommerce or media environment ideal) πŸ”Ή Hands-on campaign experience across major paid channels πŸ”Ή Working knowledge of Shopify (Hubspot a plus) πŸ”Ή Strong grasp of funnels, conversion & attribution πŸ”Ή Creative judgement with an eye for design, UX & copy πŸ”Ή Familiarity with GA4 & analytics tools πŸ”Ή Energy, optimism & a growth mindset This is an amazing opportunity to join a fast-growing, creative brand at an exciting stage of its journey – with plenty of scope to shape the role and make an impact.
