Role description
Synergy Associates is hiring an eCommerce Marketplace Manager to manage listings, pricing, and content across our digital sales channels. The ideal candidate understands how to drive demand across online platforms, translate product value into clear messaging, and work closely with marketing, sales, purchasing and operations to bring SKUs to market efficiently.Β This role is responsible for executing daily updates to product availability, ensuring new SKUs are visible online, and maintaining consistency across key reseller platforms. The scope includes multiple systems and storefronts, with direct impact on how resellers find, price, and purchase our inventory.
Core Responsibilities:
β’ Publish and maintain daily listings for all in-stock items on multiple marketplaces.
β’ Manage product visibility for selected SKUs on website.
β’ Manage Search Engine product listings, pricing and placement.
β’ Oversee targeted Amazon Business listings for approved items.
β’ Maintain active listings on multiple international marketplaces.
β’ Add new resellers, configure access, and manage vendor profiles on each marketplace.
β’ Load promotional pricing and monitor campaign timing.
β’ Track listing performance and identify inconsistencies or content issues.
β’ Coordinate updates with internal teamsβinventory, sales, and marketing.
β’ Assist with basic video uploads or content updates for YouTube and LinkedIn.
β’ Produce reports and data for management review.
β’ Research market pricing and trends.
β’ Develop and execute a growth strategy for both revenue and gross margin.
β’ Identify and launch new marketplace opportunities to increase revenue and reach.
Required Skills:
β’ Experience managing listings in eBay, Amazon, or B2B marketplaces.
β’ Strong Excel skills and familiarity with inventory-driven workflows.
β’ Attention to detail in product data, pricing, and SKU management.
β’ Comfortable working independently and managing multiple platforms.
β’ Effective communicator across operations, sales, and marketing.
β’ Familiarity with channel distribution, especially in B2B or IT resale, is a plus.
β’ SQL experience preferred.
β’ Experience analyzing online performance metrics preferred.
Compensation: Salary Range $60,000 - $100,000
