We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Merchandiser to join our growing team and help deliver compelling, consumer-focused product assortments. This role will manage a portion of the Women’s Sportswear Footwear business. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong retail acumen, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of industry trends. Key Responsibilities • Plan, assort, and adapt consumer-right product assortments for digital channels. • Manage seasonal buying processes and participate in in-season trading to optimize sales. • Analyze historical data, market feedback, and sales metrics to inform future strategies. • Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, allocation, marketing, finance, operations, and analytics teams. • Track performance using key retail metrics such as sell-through, turn, ASP, and UPT. • Present assortment strategies and business updates to team members and stakeholders. • Stay ahead of fashion and footwear trends to drive business growth. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted. • 2–4 years of experience in buying or merchandising (footwear experience highly desirable). • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong decision-making ability with a focus on delivering results. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Understanding of retail metrics and consumer trends.
