What You Will Be Doing Join the team at Titleist as an eCommerce Merchandising Senior Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in launching and maintaining products across our global eCommerce platforms. Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams, you'll ensure our digital storefronts reflect accurate, compelling, and timely product offerings. You will own and manage the global eCommerce launch calendar, driving cross-functional alignment to ensure seamless, timely product releases across all categories and markets. From managing product catalogs in Salesforce Commerce Cloud to delivering insightful merchandising reports and optimizing customer discovery experiences, you'll help shape a seamless and elevated go-to-market strategy. What You Bring • 3+ years of eCommerce experience, with a focus on product catalog management, website merchandising, and product launches • Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar eCommerce platforms (strong plus) • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills • Self-directed and effective in fast-paced environments with multiple projects and tight deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Experience with global/multi-market and multi-language eCommerce sites preferred • Familiarity with website analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) • Knowledge of golf and eCommerce product customization preferred Our Commitment to You At Acushnet Company, we are committed to helping our associates thrive both personally and professionally.
