The brand has rapidly established itself with an impressive 40% customer return rate and a projected $3–3.5M in annual revenue.As the Operations Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day execution and strategic optimization of this high-performing business — working from our Dubai office while operating in the US market. What You Will Do • Manage and Optimize Operations: Oversee order fulfillment, inventory, 3PL partners, and logistics from China to the US warehouse. • Supplier & Inventory Coordination: Liaise with Chinese manufacturers, manage purchase orders, maintain healthy stock levels, and ensure timely reorders. • Team Management: Coordinate with VAs, marketing partners, and customer service to ensure seamless operations and accountability. • Process Improvement: Refine SOPs, introduce efficiencies, and enhance automation where possible. • Client Experience: Monitor post-sale experience, minimize return rates, and ensure a premium customer journey. • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs such as fulfillment times, delivery issues, returns, and cost control. • Collaborate Across Time Zones: Work in Dubai hours but stay responsive to US market dynamics.
