As an eCommerce Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for inspiring our clients, unlock the full potential of our eCommerce solutions, and transform the way they do business online. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders in large enterprise accounts, uncover their challenges, and design tailored eCommerce experiences that deliver measurable results. You’ll be the trusted advisor who not only paints the vision but also makes it happen, increasing adoption, boosting transactions, and creating long-term value. As an eCommerce Principle Consultant your Responsibilities are: β€’ Engage with both internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to present eCommerce solutions, capture detailed technical requirements, and offer strategic guidance and recommendations on eProcurement solution options. β€’ Translate complex business requirements into functional, actionable projects aligned to departmental and corporate strategies. β€’ Leverage in-depth knowledge of Insight's eCommerce platform features and functionality to troubleshoot issues and configure/update tailored solutions to meet client needs. β€’ Collaborate with internal technical teams and Insights solution integrator practices to define integration requirements, specifications, and scope of work, aligning with both technical and business objectives. β€’ Analise and evaluate potential third-party solutions, providing expert recommendations on their suitability and value in enhancing the overall eCommerce platform. β€’ Collaborate within a team environment to understand ongoing challenges and identify systemic patterns and system improvements needed to enhance solutions. β€’ Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify growth opportunities, drive business development, and recommend process optimizations. β€’ Gain expertise in website functionality and its integration with external systems to ensure seamless operation and data exchange. β€’ Deliver clear, concise, and professional communication with clients and internal sales teams to ensure alignment and efficient solution implementation. β€’ Actively contribute to and take ownership of team goals and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality execution. β€’ Demonstrate proficiency in creating and maintaining customized, client-specific eCommerce solutions using management tools, ensuring system reliability and scalability. β€’ Systematically document site issues, identify optimization opportunities, and provide initiative-taking recommendations for system improvements during troubleshooting processes. β€’ Stay up to date with the latest eCommerce technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for future integrations that can drive business growth and efficiency. Experience and Skills: β€’ In-depth experience working with an ERP system. β€’ Advanced knowledge of eCommerce solutions/concepts, e-procurement platforms, online conversion strategies, business to business integration solutions, process optimization. β€’ Ability to read, analyses and interpret business requirements, technical procedures, and system to system process flows/integrations. β€’ Experience in presenting information and responding to questions from differing groups of stakeholders. β€’ Understanding of the technology industry, customer base and key industry triggers for scale, demand gen, and customer engagement. β€’ Excellent time-management and organization skills, with diligence. β€’ Initiative-taker who is motivated to learn, grow and expand knowledge in system integrations.
