Sound Productions (SoundPro), is seeking a meticulous and content-savvy eComm Product Coordinator to manage and optimize product data and content across our B2B ecommerce platform.
This role is responsible for the entire digital lifecycle of our product catalog—from onboarding to sunsetting. You’ll ensure each product is presented with accuracy, consistency, and persuasive detail to support discovery, engagement, and conversion. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce Operations, you’ll help shape the customer experience by maintaining high-quality product content aligned with SEO best practices and business priorities.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an eComm Product Coordinator located in Irving, TX. The eComm Product Coordinator will be responsible for managing product listings on the company's website, analyzing sales data, coordinating with the marketing and sales teams, ensuring accurate product descriptions, and improving the customer buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Product Content Management: Collect, organize, and publish accurate and compelling product content (titles, descriptions, images, specifications, etc.) for new and existing products on our B2B ecommerce platform.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Marketing and Sales to prioritize product launches and updates to align with promotions, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.
• Content Optimization: Regularly audit and enhance Product Detail Pages (PDPs) to ensure they are complete, professional, and optimized for search and conversion—including formatting consistency, image quality, and SEO alignment.
• Performance Monitoring: Leverage site analytics (conversion rates, search behavior, bounce rates) to prioritize content improvements and recommend merchandising strategies to increase engagement and sales.
• Product Lifecycle Maintenance: Manage the lifecycle of online SKUs—including timely activation, enrichment, and eventual removal/discontinuation of outdated products.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data collection and organization.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and best practices in eCommerce content management.
• Basic understanding of HTML and comfort making light content formatting updates.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience using Photoshop or similar photo editing software.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or other ecommerce content platforms.
• Basic proficiency in writing or editing HTML and CSS.
Nice to Have
• Background or interest in the Professional Audio, Video, or Lighting (Pro AV) industry.
• Familiarity with Shopify Liquid templating language.
