Overview
Our client is looking for a talented eCommerce Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our digital commerce platforms. In this role, this person will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product lifecycle, and delivering seamless online shopping experiences that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Product Strategy & Roadmap
β’ Define and execute the product roadmap for our eCommerce platform aligned with business goals.
β’ Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
β’ Cross-Functional Collaboration
β’ Work closely with engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
β’ Act as the voice of the customer and business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
β’ Feature Development & Optimization
β’ Prioritize product backlog and manage sprint planning with agile teams.
β’ Oversee A/B testing, user research, and analytics to optimize conversion rates, user engagement, and retention.
β’ Performance Monitoring
β’ Track KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value, cart abandonment, and customer satisfaction.
β’ Use data-driven insights to iterate on product features and improve user experience.
β’ Platform Management
β’ Ensure the eCommerce platform is scalable, secure, and up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
β’ Collaborate with third-party vendors and platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) as needed.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
β’ 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in eCommerce or digital retail.
β’ Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer journey optimization.
β’ Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Jira, Figma, and A/B testing platforms.
β’ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Experience working in agile/scrum environments.
