Shopify is second nature to you and you've spent years inside the CMS creating, editing, and refining experiences that drive conversion. You understand how to build landing pages quickly (Replo), optimize site performance, and translate brand storytelling into a seamless shopping experience. Crafting A/B tests excites you and you get energized by finding quick wins to improve website CVR. Beyond just Shopify, you're fluent in subscription tools (we use Loop) and know how to drive strong subscription take-rates and loyalty through seamless subscription experiences. In addition to acquisition, you understand the importance of retention. You've worked at a subscription brand before and have either owned CRM or partnered closely on lifecycle strategies. You understand how Klaviyo works and know how to devise flows, campaigns and segmentation that feels strategic, personal and on-brand. You are great at collaborating with external agencies to scale impact, while ensuring everything ladders up to long-term retention and higher LTV. You move fast, you sweat the details, and you know how to balance strategy with hands-on execution.You'll partner closely with the Head of Marketing and our paid team to ensure every digital touchpoint, from landing page to lifecycle email, is tuned for performance. Above all else, you feel comfortable and energized by being a leader who links together the two very important functions of Ecommerce & Retention Marketing. What You'll Own: Site Optimization & CRO • Lead ongoing conversion rate optimization across the Shopify site, testing and iterating to maximize performance • Own A/B testing strategy, from test design to analysis, ensuring learnings directly improve the customer journey • Partner with the paid media team to launch high-performing landing pages that support acquisition campaigns Website & Campaign Execution • Manage site updates aligned to the marketing calendar, ensuring new campaigns and product launches are executed flawlessly • Build and publish pages quickly using tools like Replo, maintaining both brand integrity and conversion best practices • Oversee external dev partners to deliver updates and enhancements on time • Partner with Creative Director to ensure ecommerce and retention asset needs are captured prior to any new product launch or content shoots Subscription Program • Own the subscription portal in Loop end-to-end, optimizing the user experience and offers to improve loyalty, retention, and lifetime value • Partner with product and marketing to evolve subscription models that drive stickiness and reduce churn • Track and report on subscription KPIs, implementing changes that directly impact revenue and retention CRM: Acquisition & Retention • Oversee Biom's CRM program in Klaviyo, managing flows, segmentation, and campaign messaging in partnership with an external agency • Drive acquisition flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, trial-to-subscription) that convert prospects into loyal customers • Lead retention flows (winbacks, upsells, loyalty campaigns) that keep customers engaged and aligned with Biom's brand voice • Partner with external agencies/freelancers to execute campaigns and flows, ensuring adequate QA is complete before launch • Ensure all lifecycle touchpoints feel personal, highly strategic, and seamlessly integrated with broader marketing campaigns Analytics & Insights • Own reporting across e-commerce, subscription, and CRM, surfacing insights that inform marketing and product decisions • Regularly share learnings on site performance, retention metrics, and campaign effectiveness with leadership Requirements Ecommerce & CRO • Deep experience with Shopify CMS (building, editing, optimizing). • Ability to design and run A/B tests from end to end. • Proficiency in conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies. • Experience with landing page builders (Replo or similar). Subscription Management • Hands-on experience with subscription platforms (Loop or equivalent). • Ability to analyze and improve retention and lifetime value (LTV). • Strong understanding of subscription KPIs and how to impact them. CRM & Retention • Proficiency in Klaviyo (or similar) for lifecycle marketing flows and campaigns. • Experience creating acquisition flows (welcome, abandoned cart, trial-to-subscription). • Experience creating retention flows (winbacks, upsells, loyalty campaigns). • Ability to segment audiences strategically to maximize engagement. Analytics & Insights • Strong data analysis and reporting skills across ecommerce, CRM, and subscription. • Ability to turn insights into strategic recommendations and share them with leadership.
