Your goal is to build on this momentum with market share, sales, and profit gains across NUK porfolio. You'll also have the opportunity to unlock additional brand and selection opportunities, alongside creating marketing packages that increase Newell Brands' visibility in the eCommerce landscape. You will be part of a dynamic, international eCommerce team and work with multiple stakeholders across Sales, Customer Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Supply Chain. We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses. Your Key Responsibilities β€’ Identifying and supporting customer KPIs to unlock growth partnership β€’ Support your manager in building long-term joint business plans (JBP) to plan for and unlock sustainable growth β€’ Know your budget and deliver against yearly, quarterly and monthly finance targets β€’ Set up and track your sales in and EPOS data β€’ Monitor stock in trade alongside providing demand forecasts to Newell Brands procurement teams β€’ Launch NPD and product on-time and set up promotional and market plans β€’ Continually seek to improve the online and interactive experiences of the consumer on retailer websites β€’ Share brand knowledge with the customer to pitch and launch additional assortment and marketing opportunities β€’ Work with marketing and content teams to deliver on-time brand and product launches β€’ Create a joined-up promotional plan to win rank and relevancy during key customer events β€’ Support your manager to build and negotiate commercial agreements and marketing placements β€’ Analyse business performance and make suggestions to deliver opportunity or offset risk Minimum What You’ll Need β€’ Demonstrated hands-on experience in sales, category management or trade/shopper marketing, preferably in eCommerce β€’ Able to learn fast and pick things up quickly β€’ Ability to apply insights and make decisions β€’ Can take ownership and see things through to the end Your Advantage β€’ Able to build professional relationship and communicate effectively β€’ Able to connect your work to team goals and make trade offs β€’ Capable of managing selected tasks independently, effectively influencing others around your work β€’ Cross-team collaboration experience and success What You Gain Newell Brands has a strong footprint in the EMEA region, with several thousand employees spread over many corporate offices and manufacturing facilities.
