Position Overview:
Barska is seeking a motivated, results-driven eCommerce Sales Executive with hands-on experience managing both Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts. This role will be responsible for overseeing and expanding Barska’s presence on Amazon, developing strategies to increase revenue and profitability, and maintaining strong, productive relationships with Amazon stakeholders. The ideal candidate is ambitious, creative, and possesses strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills with a background in consumer products and eCommerce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts, including listing creation, updating A+ content, and running promotional campaigns.
• Monitor account health and performance metrics, taking action to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
• Lead discussions and negotiations with Amazon Vendor Managers on sales strategy, pricing structure, promotional planning, marketing campaigns, and terms agreements.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships and partnerships with Amazon Vendor Managers to drive long-term mutual success.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Control and optimize Amazon advertising budgets to maximize ROI and sales growth.
• Develop and execute sales initiatives and strategies tailored to the Amazon platform and broader eCommerce channels.
• Identify new growth opportunities for Barska’s products and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare reports and analyze sales data using Microsoft Excel and other tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align product strategies and campaigns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience managing both Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating and working directly with Amazon Vendor Managers is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns and budget optimization is required.
• Knowledge of additional eCommerce platforms (e.g., Walmart, eBay, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
