Role description
Location: London
Hybrid: Monday – Wednesday in office (West London) / Thursday - Friday WFH
Salary: £25,000 - £33,000
As our Ecommerce Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our digital business — managing our online storefronts, supporting key launches and campaigns, and ensuring a seamless and delightful customer experience across all platforms.
About Queen Ellie
Queen Ellie is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer fashion brand known for offering elegant, stylish, and affordable clothing for the modern Indian woman. Since launching in 2017, we’ve built a strong presence on Amazon and Flipkart in India and are now expanding our footprint into the UK and European markets.
We’re more than just a fashion brand—we’re a celebration of confidence, femininity, and individuality. And now, we’re looking for an Ecommerce Executive to help us bring that vision to life for our UK and EU customers.
The Role
Working closely with the Ecommerce, Design, and Operations teams, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify site and marketplace listings. From new collection uploads and order tracking to customer care and performance analysis, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly — always with a focus on detail and brand quality.
The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and enthusiastic about fashion and digital commerce. You should thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and bring a customer-first mindset to everything you do.
Key Responsibilities
• Day-to-day management of Queen Ellie’s ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon UK, etc.).
• Ensure all products are accurately listed, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
• Coordinate with the content and design teams for compelling imagery, copy, and merchandising.
• Support online campaigns and launches, including homepage updates, promotions, and banners.
• Analyse performance data to identify areas of improvement and suggest optimisation strategies.
• Monitor stock levels, customer behaviour, and web analytics to improve user experience and increase AOV and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay up to date with ecommerce trends, competitor activity, and best practices.
Qualifications
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce and customer service. Experience in fashion (especially women’s or lifestyle brands) is a strong plus.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon Seller Central. Comfortable using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and basic order management tools. Experience with Google Analytics or similar tracking tools is an advantage.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail—especially when managing product listings, processing orders, and resolving customer issues.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a warm, brand-aligned tone. Able to interact with customers and partners professionally and empathetically.
• Organisational Skills: Strong multitasking and time-management skills; able to handle deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset, eager to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, operations, and customer service teams.
• Brand Awareness: A genuine interest in fashion and an understanding of the care, consistency, and experience expected by modern, style-conscious customers of a premium lifestyle brand like Queen Ellie.
Benefits
• Be part of a growing global fashion brand with Indian roots and international ambition.
• Shape the online shopping experience for a new market from the ground up.
• Work directly with leadership in a flat, collaborative team culture.
• Flexible hybrid work model (3 days in our London office).
• Professional growth opportunities and training support.
• Enjoy special discounts on all Queen Ellie products.
• A chance to make fashion feel like royalty — for every woman, everywhere.
How to Apply
If you’re passionate about ecommerce, fashion, and delivering amazing online experiences, we’d love to hear from you!
Please submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you’re excited to join Queen Ellie.
