We specialize in refurbished electronics, including laptops, iPads, computers, and related products. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and an interest in online marketplaces who can manage product listings, monitor performance, and contribute to sales growth on eBay and other channels. Key Responsibilities Create, manage, and optimize product listings on eBay to ensure accuracy, consistency, and appeal. Monitor sales activity, analyze performance metrics. Collaborate with the team to execute eBay strategies that align with company goals. Maintain high-quality product descriptions and images, ensuring listings are professional and informative. Stay current with eBay rules, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain strong satisfaction ratings. Provide regular reports and actionable insights on eBay performance. Assist with promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and bulk product uploads. Capture product photos and write detailed specifications across multiple categories. Qualifications Interest in electronics, especially laptops, iPads, and computers. Basic knowledge of eBay or other online marketplaces (experience preferred but not required). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, including use of bulk upload templates. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
