Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an E-commerce Specialist. The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, analyzing e-commerce data, ensuring excellent customer service, and enhancing digital customer experiences. The role involves working both from our office in Welwyn Garden City and from home for a portion of the time. Qualifications • Proficient in E-commerce and Sales • Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and reporting • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills • Experience with online sales platforms and digital marketing • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
