Role description
This team member will focus on the commercial vehicle opportunities that come in for our 7 Sprinter franchises across the company. The Guest Experience Specialist is responsible for generating and nurturing leads through online channels. This role combines digital marketing skills with a strong understanding of lead management.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Utilize various online platforms and tools to attract and generate qualified leads.
Lead Qualification: Screen incoming leads to determine their interest level and potential fit for the dealership's inventory.
Customer Communication: Engage with leads through email, phone, and online chat to provide information, answer questions, and build rapport.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the dealership's CRM system.
Inventory Communication: Communicate with team members at the 7 stores to ensure vehicle availability to let customers know their options.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Demonstrates a high โHQโ (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing.
Skills:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of the automotive industry and sales processes.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements
Paperwork Processing: Signing and filing necessary documents.
Inventory Management: Assisting with inventory tasks, such as moving vehicles or preparing them for delivery.
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
