Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Santa Ana, CA. Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you'll wear many hats, collaborating effectively with internal teams (Customer Service, Visual Marketing, Product Development, Sales) and external vendors. This role requires a highly organized individual who can juggle multiple tasks, troubleshoot technical issues, and proactively update the websites to optimize conversions and user experience. Daily tasks will include updating product listings, developing and implementing ecommerce merchandising strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance online sales performance.
Key responsibilities:
Shopify Admin Management
β’ Create and organize product listings in Shopify
β’ Optimizing all product listings including imagery, product copy, and enhancing product page content in Shopify Plus
β’ Manage active/inactive products, pricing/discounts, In stock vs. out of stock, swatches and variants, and product details
β’ Update and maintain homepage, navigation, landing pages, collection, pdp, or any other necessary parts of the website
β’ Excellent attention to detail as demonstrated in accuracy, grammar, and punctuation
β’ Resolve listing issues and be able to troubleshoot 3rd party applications
β’ Drive data driven product Merchandising strategies to encourage conversions
β’ Ensure site is operating at peak performance by auditing website and quality assessing functionality for a smooth customer experience utilizing analytics tools
β’ Optimize product listings for SEO and improved visibility
β’ Manage 3rd party apps and vendors as they relate to the functionality of the website
β’ Maintain awareness of all approved site assets and promotions before they are deployed on the site as part of the review process
β’ Coordinate with the eCommerce Photographer for product updates and catalog releases
β’ Provide back end administrative support to order processing, customer service teams and returns processing.
β’ Assist with order flows and logistics including the understanding of Shipping and handling
Email + SMS
β’ Work with the eCommerce Manager to analyze and optimize Email and SMS flows.
β’ Create sign up forms and welcome flows for new Email and SMS subscribers.
Other
β’ Work against a content marketing calendar that supports the key brand initiatives and business objectives.
β’ Create variations of existing video ads including adding captions and creating new edits.
β’ Optimization and maintenance of product data feeds for various online channels.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
β’ Minimum of 1+ years experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business.
β’ Knowledge of eCommerce best practices and industry trends.
β’ Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and other related eComm platforms.
β’ Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
