Ecommerce Specialist - East West Gem Co., Created Rings, and Everly Rings Salary: $70,000 | Location: Charleston, SC (in-office) We are a female-led fine jewelry company specializing in lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, and custom design. With showrooms in New York City, Charleston, and Orange County, and a growing online presence, we are redefining modern luxury through accessibility, transparency, and exceptional client experience. We’re seeking an Ecommerce Specialist with strong Shopify expertise and a data-driven mindset to join our CHS team. This role will play a central part in optimizing our digital storefront, enhancing the online customer journey, and ensuring our ecommerce platforms run seamlessly to support growth. Key Responsibilities - Manage daily operations of our Shopify site, including product setup, collection merchandising, navigation, content updates, and promotional calendars - Support ecommerce operations across our three sister brands: Created Rings, East West Gem Co., and Everly Rings - Monitor and analyze performance metrics (conversion rate, average order value, bounce rate, traffic) using Shopify Analytics - Identify and resolve issues to improve site functionality and client experience - Assist with QA and implementation of new features, templates, and integrations - Enhance product detail pages (PDPs) and optimize digital storefronts for conversion and engagement - Partner with internal teams to align on stock availability, order tracking, and inventory updates \-Β Stay current on ecommerce trends and platform updates, bringing forward new ideas to drive innovation Your Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in ecommerce or digital operations, ideally in retail, luxury, or consumer goods - Strong working knowledge of Shopify, including metafields, templates, and content management - Proficiency with Shopify Analytics and reporting tools - Familiarity with Klaviyo for flows, campaigns, and segmentation - Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple priorities across sister brands - Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
