Role description
Role Description Top Crop Collective is searching for an E-Commerce Menu Manager to own and oversee all online menus across our dispensaries and platforms. This role is about more than updates; it’s about leadership, precision, and driving measurable growth. You’ll ensure every product, price, description, and photo is accurate and compelling, while also building the systems that keep our menus performing at the highest level. What You’ll Do • Take full ownership of e-commerce menu accuracy and performance across all Top Crop Collective stores and platforms. • Coordinate between purchasing managers, store and inventory managers, and photographers to make sure new products hit the menus as soon as they’re on shelves. • Audit and maintain accuracy of product listings, pricing, descriptions, promotions, and images. • Act as the point of contact across departments, lead communication, always making sure deadlines are hit. • Monitor menu performance, track online sales, and identify opportunities to optimize product presentation and drive revenue. • Develop and improve systems to make menu management faster, smoother, and more scalable. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in e-commerce coordination, digital merchandising, or online retail management. • Highly organized and detail-obsessed, with a track record of keeping complex systems running clean. • Confident communicator who can lead cross-department communication and isn’t afraid to reach out and follow up. • Results-driven mindset - motivated by hitting targets, growing sales, and showing value. • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and solving problems quickly. • Experience with cannabis retail or regulated industries is a plus. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or online retail management (cannabis or other fast-moving consumer goods preferred). • Proven track record of maintaining accuracy across large product catalogs and multiple sales platforms. • Strong project management and organizational skills: you thrive on systems, checklists, and deadlines. • Confident communicator able to coordinate across purchasing, store operations, and creative teams. • Analytical mindset with experience using data to track performance and improve online sales. • Tech-savvy: comfortable with e-commerce platforms (Weedmaps, Dutchie, Leafly, Shopify, or similar), spreadsheets, and digital workflows. • Detail-obsessed but also motivated by growth - sees accuracy as the foundation for increasing sales. • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. • Experience in cannabis retail or another regulated industry is a strong plus.
