Position Overview: MakarttPro is seeking a dynamic, results-driven eCommerce Specialist to manage our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) website and TikTok Shop presence. You will be responsible for optimizing online sales, enhancing customer experience, and managing day-to-day operations to drive revenue growth across these platforms. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Manage and optimize the MakarttPro DTC eCommerce website (Shopify Advanced), ensuring product listings, promotions, and content are up-to-date, accurate, and engaging. β€’ Oversee and grow MakarttPro’s presence on TikTok Shop, including product uploads, livestream sales events, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement strategies. β€’ Analyze sales performance data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement improvements. β€’ Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling content and promotional materials tailored specifically for DTC and TikTok audiences. β€’ Ensure exceptional customer service and user experience by monitoring customer feedback, managing reviews, and addressing customer inquiries promptly and effectively. β€’ Collaborate closely with supply chain and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid out-of-stock scenarios. β€’ Implement SEO best practices and coordinate with advertising specialists to drive traffic and conversions on both platforms. β€’ Generate regular sales and performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership. Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. β€’ Minimum of 2 years of experience managing an eCommerce store, preferably Shopify. β€’ Proven experience with TikTok Shop management or similar social commerce platforms highly preferred. β€’ Familiarity with professional beauty or nail industry is a plus. β€’ Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, TikTok Analytics). β€’ Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles. β€’ Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
