Role description
At Velocity Pro Gear and Tool Monster, we don’t just sell products. We’re building brands that tradespeople trust and love. We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist to take charge of our online trading across multiple platforms. This is a data-driven and sales-focused role. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to react quickly, spot opportunities, and make commercially smart decisions. Sitting between our Marketing and Sales teams, you will be the bridge that turns strategy and content into results. Key Responsibilities > Own Our Online Stores • Manage Shopify sites across multiple brands, ensuring products, pricing, offers, and banners are always accurate and up to date. • Handle catalogue management, stock updates, and product uploads across hundreds of SKUs. • Oversee apps and integrations that keep our data, trading, and operations running smoothly. > Marketplace Management • Amazon: highly desirable. Take ownership of our Amazon presence, managing listings, optimising for visibility and sales, and driving marketplace growth. • TikTok Shop: desirable. Help us explore and grow in this fast-moving sales channel. Ensure a consistent, optimised trading experience across all marketplaces. > Performance and Optimisation • Implement SEO best practices to ensure products and content rank and convert. • Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (desirable). • Track and report on KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, sales performance, and ROI. • Use insights on customer behaviour, competitor activity, and market trends to drive decisions. > Collaboration • Work closely with our Marketing team to ensure campaigns are supported across our platforms. • Partner with Sales to make sure offers, promotions, and product launches are delivered seamlessly online. • Ensure email marketing, product shots, and creative assets are implemented correctly and effectively. The Ideal Person • 3+ years’ experience in a direct-to-consumer e-commerce role. • Proven Shopify (essential) and Amazon Seller Central experience (highly desirable) • Hands-on SEO expertise with keyword optimisation and technical knowledge. • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of improving conversions and ROI. • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms (desirable). • Familiarity with TikTok Shop and marketplace trading (desirable). • Comfortable managing large product catalogues and multiple brands (essential) • A commercially driven problem-solver who thrives on results.
