Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a multifaceted professional who will oversee the creation, maintenance, and optimization of our digital commerce platform, Adobe Commerce. Further knowledge of Word Press is appreciated but not required. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Content Creation and Maintenance:
β’ Update high-quality, engaging content for e-commerce platform. Ensure all product descriptions, images, and metadata are accurate and up to date. Coordinate content translation, maintaining accuracy and cultural relevance.
β’ Google Merchant Center Management: Optimize product listings and ensure compliance with Googleβs policies. Monitor product feed health and troubleshoot issues.
β’ Reporting Synchronization: Generate, analyze, and distribute reports to stakeholders, ensuring timely updates on key metrics.
β’ Campaign and Promotion Support: Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns. Ensure campaign assets are implemented correctly across platforms.
β’ Bug Reporting and Enhancement Requests: Identify, document, and report bugs and system issues. Prioritize and escalate issues as necessary for the technical team. Propose enhancements to improve the e-commerce user experience.
β’ Monitoring, Evaluation, and Testing: Regularly monitor website and platform performance. Evaluate site functionality and conduct thorough testing to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
β’ 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
β’ Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms, such as WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce (Magento), Shopify.
β’ Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and ADO or similar tools.
β’ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
