The Ecommerce Specialist primary responsibility is testing the functionality and usability of web environments, ensuring that any updates in a release are bug-free and pixel perfect to the ticket before and after they go live. This position will work closely with developers and the ticket requester/owner to communicate feedback from testing. Essential Duties And Responsibilities • Reviews and analyzes system specifications • Executes tests and reviews A/B results • Proposes new A/B test ideas • Develops effective test strategies and plans • Stays abreast of current website analytics such as device and browser usage • Reports and documents technical issues • Performs audits of the current websites/apps & competitors • Analyzes tests and analytics in excel or other analytical tools • Helps troubleshoot existing issues • Conducts post-release testing • Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance. • Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management • Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices • Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.
