Responsibilities: • Responsible for production support of existing EDI processes. • Troubleshoot and respond to customer questions / issues and escalate problems. • Handle customer complaints and requests in a professional and courteous manner. • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner by analyzing information. • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures within area of competence. • Research, fix, and reprocess failed EDI transactions. • Implement support enhancements. • Document resolution history in EDI support knowledge base. • Assist with training customers on services and applications provided. Qualifications: Required: • Relevant degree preferred. • 2 or more years of experience in EDI processing. • Expertise in ecommerce, B2B, and EDI solutions/processes. • Proficiency in data analysis and standards including database structure/knowledge. • Effective problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
