🚀 We're Hiring for an Email Automation Strategist for our Email Marketing Agency.
Target earnings: $1,500–$2,000 base + $1,500+ bonus potential/month
The Mission:
At Fluid, our main driver of growth is setting up email flows for clients. These are one time projects with about 15-20 brands per month. Your goal as the Email Automation Strategist will be to set up strategize their email flows, work with our copy & design team in the building of the emails, launch their flows & nurture them for us to be able to upsell them into a recurring client.
The purpose for your role in our company will be to turn our one time clients and upselling them into a separate package.
Nurturing them through our framework and being able to have an unlimited ceiling when it comes to your paycheck.
You will be apart of a fast growing marketing agency filled with young talent trying to build one of the biggest eCommerce growth agencies.
💼 What You'll Be Doing
1. Strategic Upselling
• Use wins from our flow systems as a natural entry point into our monthly services
• Follow our upsell system built to convert 50%+ of one-time clients
• Confidently lead upsell calls and close deals
1. Email Flow Strategy
• Create 10–20 one-time email flow strategies/month using our AI-assisted framework
• Tailor flows to fit each client’s brand and goals
• Drive real revenue results through your strategic insights
1. Client Communication & Quality Control
• Answer questions, handle revisions, and maintain high-touch communication
• Review and QC all emails before sending them to the client
📚 What You Need to Succeed
• Strong knowledge of Klaviyo and email marketing
• Understanding of eCommerce and how brands scale with email
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proven ability to build trust and upsell clients
• Bonus if you’ve worked with agencies or high-growth brands before
💰 Compensation
• $100 per strategy delivered (about 15-20 per month)
• 8.5% commission on successful upsells to recurring services
(Example: $2,750/month retainer = $233.75 bonus)
