Job Overview – Email Marketing Coordinator – 33850 Sherpa is seeking a talented and results-oriented Marketing Coordinator to manage our email marketing and e-commerce strategies. This role is ideal for a data-driven, resourceful self-starter who can balance creative content development with technical execution. The Marketing Coordinator will own the email marketing calendar, analyze Shopify performance data, and perform essential backend tasks to ensure our website remains accurate and up to date. Responsibilities • Develop, write, and manage the full email marketing calendar, including content creation, automation, segmentation, and campaign deployment. • Design and build mobile-friendly email templates, with the ability to apply basic HTML or template scripting. • Track and analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, revenue) and provide actionable insights. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. • 1 year of experience - exposure to email marketing software and eCommerce platforms preferred. • Writing sample/portfolio.
