Location: WFH / Central London Location 1-2 days a week
Report to: Customer Marketing Manager
Work in conjunction with: Ecommerce Manager, Ecommerce Executive, Creative Team
Main purpose of the Job: Increase our customer LTV through engaging content and campaigns

We are currently seeking an Email Marketing Executive who will report into the Customer Marketing Manager.
THE ROLE
Working within the Digital team to drive the performance of email and data marketing activity by assisting with build, send out and reporting on daily campaigns. Ensure results are maximised and revenue is driven through CRM by selection of appropriate target segments and coordination of customer insight projects.
β’ Coordinate the email marketing campaign production process from build to testing, data selection, deployment and reporting.
β’ Using Dot Digital to manage all email campaigns and CRM.
β’ To follow the marketing content plan as agreed with the Customer Marketing Manager.
β’ Work closely with the Creative and Design Team to ensure email campaign briefs are completed on time.
β’ Create segments, views and campaigns using DD for email and direct mail campaigns. Ensure system is clean and optimised so views can be re-used for future campaigns.
β’ Compile and present key email results and data to the Digital Marketing team and wider business.
β’ Contribute to strategic decisions across email to continually develop, measure and optimise results and engagement through testing and analysis.
β’ Coordinate customer insight projects to monitor customer experience in shops and online and ensure customer satisfaction is met.
SUCCESS MEASURES
β’ Maintain and create a positive shift on email KPIs e.g. CTR, conversion rate
β’ Growth in sessions driven from email
β’ Growth in web site repeat visits and content consumption
β’ Maintain a regular email send calendar
KEY SKILLS/PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
β’ Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex ideas into easily understandable concepts for communications
β’ Experience with an ESP preferred e.g. Klaviyo, DotDigital, MailChimp
β’ Must be a self starter, proactive, flexible and able to handle multitude of projects and stakeholders at one time
β’ Excellent attention to detail
