Position Overview: We're looking for a performance-driven Email Marketing Data Analyst to join our growing ecommerce team. This role is focused on owning the design, execution, and optimization of email and SMS campaigns that drive retention, improve conversion rate (CRO), increase average order value (AOV), and boost customer lifetime value (LTV) through personalization and data-driven insights. You'll use Attentive as your primary platform (with occasional use of Klaviyo), creating high-impact campaigns and automated flows that are visually engaging and conversion-focused. You'll also dive deep into analytics to understand what's workingβ€”and what's notβ€”then use those insights to test, iterate, and improve results. Success in this role means combining creative & analytical skills with a deep curiosity for customer behavior, segmentation, and performance dataβ€”always looking for opportunities to maximize engagement and revenue through data-driven decision making.
