Email Marketing Manager

What You'll Work On
• Managing and optimising CRM programs for a portfolio of exciting clients
• Building customer journeys, automation workflows, and email campaigns
• Writing email copy and refining creative output to drive conversions
• Using data and performance insights to guide strategy and improve results
• Supporting implementation across channels (email, SMS, push, etc.)
• Leveraging AI tools to boost quality and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
• You must have deep, hands-on experience with Klaviyo and a proven ability to drive results
• You understand CRM is about delivering business value—not just sending nice emails
• You’re confident writing and editing email copy for different brand voices
• You can manage multiple client projects and stay highly organised
• You’re comfortable guiding creative contributors to hit brand and performance goals
• You’re fluent in English and confident communicating directly with clients
• You’re already using AI tools to speed up, scale, or spark your work
• Bonus: Experience with SMS or push marketing
