What You'll Do: • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of data‑driven email campaigns that drive targeted traffic and high‑quality leads. • Develop, segment, and manage audience lists using innovative targeting to maximize engagement and conversion. • Run smart, disciplined A/B tests to continuously lift conversion rates, eCPMs, and ROI. • Monitor and analyze performance metrics in real‑time, pivoting campaigns to seize opportunities and squash underperformers. • Partner with creative, content, and analytics teams to craft messaging that hits the mark every time. • Keep us ahead of the curve on CAN‑SPAM compliance and industry best practices.
