Email Marketing Manager | Up to £45k | Hybrid (Guildford) Are you a creative, strategic, and hands-on CRM and email marketing expert? We’re working with a fast-growing eCommerce brand looking for an Email Marketing Manager to take ownership of their CRM and email strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s ready to lead, optimise, and deliver real impact through targeted and engaging campaigns. Location: Guildford (Hybrid – 2 days/week in-office) Salary: Up to £45,000 Contract: Full-time, Permanent The Role: You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute high-performing email marketing campaigns. From segmentation and personalisation to automation and analysis, you’ll lead the end-to-end process with a strong focus on deliverability, engagement, and ROI.
