The Enterprise Account Manager will oversee the growth and management of SellCordβs enterprise level client accounts, ensuring that our enterprise level clients receive top-tier support and guidance. You will join a team of Enterprise Account Managers to support clients by tailoring strategies to drive account growth on Walmart,com. This role requires a mix of account strategy and strong client relationship skills.
As an Enterprise Account Manager at SellCord, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and overseeing their success on Walmart Marketplace. Youβll work closely with internal teams to ensure product launches, strategic execution, and consistent client communication. Key Responsibilities
β’ Manage the day-to-day operations for assigned accounts and act as the primary point of contact
β’ Prepare and deliver performance updates, replenishment reports, and meeting recaps
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product launches and task execution
β’ Coordinate with advertising managers to optimize client campaign performance
β’ Monitor sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends and make recommendations
β’ Maintain strong client relationships through timely and professional communication
Skills And Qualifications
β’ 3+ years of experience in enterprise level client facing roles; marketing or sales experience is a plus
β’ Proficiency with G suite tools including Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Google Docs, and Slack; experience with project management tools is a plus
